Timothy J. Olson, CPCU

President and Chief Executive Officer

Career History
Over 29 years in reinsurance. Began career with EW Blanch Co. as a trainee broker in Minneapolis and within 12 months relocated to the NYC Office. In 1986 joined F&G Re as a treaty underwriter and eventually assumed control of Domestic Casualty Underwriting. Moved to the International Unit within F&G Re in 1992 and later relocated to London to set up a Contact Office. Upon returning to the US became heavily involved in the 1996 establishment of the first 100% owned corporate syndicate at Lloyd's, ultimately becoming a director of the Managing Agency. Following St. Paul's acquisition of USF&G, held various executive level positions within St. Paul Re involving both International and Financial Lines Reinsurance.

Career History
29 years of reinsurance industry experience, including 8 years as Senior Vice President and Controller of Sorema N.A.. 9 years with SCOR U.S. Corp, including 5 years as Vice President and Controller and principle Accounting Officer. Served as Reinsurance Accounting Manager for Continental Reinsurance Corporation and Treaty Accounting Manger, Transatlantic Reinsurance Company. Began career as an external auditor with Bass and Devaney, CPAs.

Career History
18 years reinsurance and insurance experience, including tenure as a Vice President in the Non-Traditional Underwriting Unit of St. Paul Re Served as an Associate Actuary at the Liberty Mutual Group Commercial Markets R & D Unit, with responsibility for ceded and assumed reinsurance and commercial property. Worked as an Actuary for Prudential Reinsurance.

Career History
Over 22 years of broad based insurance and reinsurance experience in the property, liability, marine and accident & health areas. Held a variety of senior level positions involving both the underwriting and actuarial sides of the business. Began career with St. Paul Fire & Marine in 1986 as an actuarial trainee in St Paul, Minnesota. During his 15 year tenure at St. Paul and St. Paul Re was transferred to New York, London, Brussels and Sydney to integrate or establish new branch offices before ultimately being named Senior Vice President of St. Paul Corporate Solutions. Joined Arch Re.'s underwriting initiative in 2001.

Career History
Over 23 years experience handling specialty casualty and professional liability related business with reinsurers as well as intermediaries internationally and domestically. Previously served as Treaty Manager for a specialty reinsurance subsidiary of GE and was responsible for Corporate Products (D&O, E&O, specialty products) for Odyssey Re. Worked at Marsh & McLennan and Alexander & Alexander in various management positions and locations including New York, London and Baltimore/Washington.

David E. Gansberg

Executive Vice President

Career History
Over 12 years insurance and reinsurance experience. Began career with Cigna Property & Casualty in a variety of actuarial positions until that business was purchased by Ace. Relocated to Bermuda and held the position of Assistant Vice President for Ace's Financial Solutions International unit. Joined Arch Re Ltd. in December 2001 as an underwriter responsible for international casualty treaty business. Upon returning to the US in 2006, performed a variety of roles supporting the Reinsurance Group as a Senior Vice President for Arch Capital Services. Joined Arch Re Co in July 2007.
